Terms of Service

By accessing or using Bunch of Pickles (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Bunch of Pickles is a tool that lets organizers create and run pickleball leagues — managing groups, schedules, and member communication. The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for activity that occurs under your account. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by harassing other members, uploading unlawful content, attempting to disrupt the Service, or using it to send unsolicited messages.

5. Organizer responsibilities

League organizers are responsible for their league’s content, membership decisions, any fees they collect from members, and compliance with applicable laws governing their events.

6. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, and Bunch of Pickles is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
