1. Our approach
Other players only ever see your nickname and emoji, nothing else.
We collect as little as possible and show as little as possible. Other players see only your display name (which can be a nickname) and an emoji. Never your legal name, a photo, or your contact details.
2. Information we collect
Just enough to run the league: a name, a login, your rating, and your activity.
- A display name (nickname allowed) and a chosen emoji (no photos);
- Email, used only to sign you in (we never ask for a phone number);
- Your answer to one question, are you 18 or older, kept as a single yes or no safety flag (we never ask for a birthday and do not verify age);
- Self-reported skill rating (e.g. DUPR);
- League activity: communities, events, RSVPs, and messages you send.
3. How we use it
Your info is used to run the app and nothing more.
To operate the Service: sign you in, show your leagues, schedule events, deliver notifications, and enable communication among members of the same league.
4. Messages are monitored
Your organizer can read any message you send here.
To protect the community, messages sent through the Service, including community chats and direct messages, may be automatically scanned for prohibited content and may be read by your league’s organizers and administrators. Messages are not private from your organizers.
5. Minors
Players under 18 can direct message only their organizer and need a parent or guardian's consent.
We do not verify age. A parent or guardian must consent to any use by someone under 18 and is responsible for supervising it. Direct messaging is limited to the league organizer for anyone under 18 (self-reported or marked by an organizer). They cannot direct message any other member. If you believe a child’s information has been provided without appropriate consent, contact us and we will address it. We do not sell or share personal information for advertising, and we never surface you to competing leagues.
7. Data retention & your choices
We keep your data while your account is active, and you can edit it or ask us to delete it.
We retain your information while your account is active. You (or a parent/guardian for a minor) may edit your profile, adjust your notification preferences, and request access to or deletion of your data by emailing us.
